We are both West of Ireland natives who started working together in the South East in 2016. Joseph was working in Food and Feed Safety Risk Management for a network of manufacturing sites, and Billy was Supplier Quality Manager for Food, Feed and Packaging Raw Materials.
We discovered early in our working relationship that we had complimentary skillsets that safeguarded Food and Feed Safety risk to our business very well. From 2022, Billy worked in the Joe’s team, which included product compliance to EU and international market regulations.
